Reddit marketing for SaaS and B2B brands

From $4,000 per month, we help SaaS and B2B brands participate in Reddit communities where their buyers ask for advice. People write and post every contribution through disclosed accounts, following community rules. Weekday monitoring and monthly reporting track reception, measurable referral traffic and appearances in tracked AI answers.

No guarantees. Directional measurement. Disclosed methods.

Send your website and we review your site and presence before the call.

    Who it helps

    Is this the right fit?

    A good fit if

    • SaaS and B2B brands whose buyers ask for recommendations in English-language communities.
    • Teams that accept disclosed accounts and a credibility period before the first brand mention.
    • Brands with an approved source for product claims, so contributions can be written and reviewed.
    • Buyers who want a monthly directional read rather than a comment count.

    Not a fit if

    • Brands wanting anonymous or undisclosed accounts.
    • Brands wanting promised traffic, sign-ups or a comment-count race.
    • Categories with no active English-language communities discussing the buying decision.
    • Buyers seeking the cheapest option or a promised outcome.

We document the work and compare repeated observations. AI answers vary; results are directional and never guaranteed. Read how we measure.

    Detailed scope

    Explore the work in detail

Expand an activity to see the method behind it. The final scope is agreed for your business before work begins.

    1. 001Map relevant buyer communities

Community map: the subreddits where your buyers ask for recommendations plus a watch list, built from Reddit search, your own search data and the threads already cited in AI answers on your prompt set.

    2. 002Review each community's rules

Rule and moderator-norm review for each community before the first comment: posting rules, self-promotion policy, flair, disclosure expectations, what gets removed and why.

    3. 003Agree on disclosed accounts

    4. 004Set claims and participation rules

Guardrails document: what will and will not be said, product claims and their approved source, disclosure wording, escalation path.

    5. 005Find questions worth answering

Opportunity backlog: open threads and recurring questions where a substantive answer is possible, from Reddit search, Google and the AI-citation cross-check.

    6. 006Build a participation history

Credibility period: participation without any brand mention until each profile has a history in the community.

    7. 007Answer existing community questions

Contributions in existing threads: answers to real questions, written by a person and posted manually, with the brand mentioned only where relevant and always disclosed.

    1. 008Create approved posts and resources

Original posts and resources, drafted by us and approved by you before posting.

    2. 009Monitor communities and brand mentions

Weekday monitoring of the mapped communities and your brand mentions, with escalation to a named contact on your side.

    3. 010Track retained and removed contributions

Retention tracking: what stayed up, what was removed, the stated reason, and what changed in the guardrails as a result.

    4. 011Review measurable Reddit referral traffic

Referral traffic check in your analytics where Reddit sessions are measurable, presented as a floor with no multiplier.

    5. 012Check threads in AI answers

AI-citation cross-check: which of the tracked threads appear in AI answers on your prompt set, run by hand with the same validity rules as the audit.

    6. 013Report findings and review together

Monthly report in three layers and a monthly call.

    7. 014Refresh the community plan

    Questions

Reddit Marketing pricing and engagement FAQ

How much does Reddit Marketing cost and what is included?

From $4,000 per month for the scope on this page: community map, rule review, account plan, guardrails, human-written contributions, weekday monitoring, retention tracking and the monthly three-layer report. The volume of contributions and communities is fixed in your written scope after we review your site and presence.

Is there a minimum term, and what happens if we stop?

3-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days' written notice; six months is the horizon we recommend for a directional read. You keep the community map, guardrails document, contribution log and every account we set up.

    Who writes the comments?

Named people on the Ranketize team. Every contribution is written by a person, posted manually from a disclosed profile, and logged with a link and date. Original posts and any brand mention go to you for approval first.

Why not a $650 to $1,900 a month volume shop?

Those prices buy comment volume, which typically means undisclosed accounts, no rule review and a quota to hit; that is what gets brands banned and threads removed. Our fee pays for rule review, a credibility period, human writing, monitoring and a report you can defend to a moderator or a CFO.

Can we start with the audit and credit it?

Yes. The full $699 audit fee is credited toward month 1 of Reddit Marketing when the program starts within 60 days of the readout.

What is billed outside the fee?

Tools at cost, and any Reddit ad spend, which you pay to Reddit directly. Reddit Ads management is quoted separately. Billing is monthly in advance by bank transfer, work starts when payment lands, no setup fee; USD list prices, EUR at a rate fixed in the contract.

Do you promise traffic, mentions or AI citations?

No. We report Reddit-native reception, referral traffic where your analytics can measure it, and which tracked threads appear in AI answers, all directionally and from repeated checks. A change after a contribution is an association, not proof of cause.

    Who is not a fit?

Brands that want anonymous or undisclosed accounts, a comment-count race, promised sign-ups, or the cheapest option; and categories where buyers do not discuss the purchase in English-language communities, which we tell you on the fit call.

What happens when a community removes a contribution?

It goes in the retention record with the stated reason, we read the rule it broke, the guardrails are updated, and the next contributions in that community change. Removals are reported, never hidden, and repeated removals in one community may mean we leave it.

Do you use bots, purchased accounts or vote manipulation?

No. Every contribution is written by a person and posted manually from a disclosed profile; no purchased or aged accounts, no vote manipulation, no paid comments, no moderator arrangements, no automation.
